All serious artists who have sold work or feel that their work has a chance of selling are welcome to submit work to our gallery. Our offices are located in Asia. For us to receive work and then ship it out again ( possibly back around the world ) is really a waste of time, money, energy and storage space. We are asking all participating artists to hold onto their work and simply send us the following:
+ Good quality photos of the piece or pieces that you would like to donate. Photos should be large size jpg. or PDF files.
+ A description of the work: title, date, size, medium and price.
+ Any additional info like a website or bio would also be helpful.
We will list the work in our online gallery, when it sells we will contact you and ask for you to kindly ship it directly to the buyer. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer of course. All you need to do is send it out. In the mean time if something happens to the piece like it gets destroyed or damaged please let us know asap so we can remove it from the gallery. If you cannot be relied on to send the piece out when it is purchased (frequent travel, you never check emails, etc) then we can arrange an.address for you to mail the piece to whenever you would like to submit it. Please prove your identity by contacting us from an email address connected to your website. If you do not have a site you must be refered by an artist already participating in this project, a gallery, dealer or someone who can verify that you are indeed who you say you are.
In order for this project to grow we are also asking every participating artist to recruit two more artists to get involved with our cause. If everyone does this, the project will spread worldwide and continue to influence more and more to get involved.
